Ramen Tastes Better with This Delicious Recipe

Ingredients: Ramen One liter of milk I try new cooking methods when I get bored of eating regular ramen. One of my favorite ways to cook it is with milk.  First, I add one liter of milk and the vegetable mix to the pot and boil them all together. I keep the lid closed while cooking and stir the meal a few times. Once the milk starts boiling, I add the powder soup and ramen noodles and boil it again. When it starts boiling, I let it cook for 7 minutes on low heat. And it's done!  I can taste it now. It tastes like ramen with cheese, lol. Incredibly delicious. Bon appétit! 

Effective Ways to Relieve Period Cramps

Most of us experience menstrual cramps, and they say it’s pretty normal. But you may experience period pain due to some health problems. So, if necessary, it is best to go to the doctor and get treated. If you don’t have any health issues, there are several remedies for period cramps. I am going to tell you how I deal with menstrual pain, and hopefully, this post will be helpful. Like most girls, I also  have period  cramps almost every month ,  and d epending on the pain ,  I use various  ways  to ease it. 1. One of them is  walking . If I can move my body ,  I walk  for  about   30 minutes or  an  hour. When I come back home ,  I feel  no pain , but I don't walk every time because sometimes I have  such  severe pain that I can't move or get up. 2. I also  massage   my belly  with rosemary oil  on my menstrual days. I just lie on my back, put some rosemary oil in my palms, and then ...
