Green Long Peppers with Cheese

Ingredients:

10 green long peppers

2 tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

4 slices of cheddar cheese

Paprika

Vegetable oil

Salt


First, I cut the peppers into three pieces and remove their stems. After that, I pull out the extra seeds and wash them. Then, I heat the frying pan and add some grapeseed oil. I put the peppers in the pan and cook them on low heat.


After a few minutes, I add chopped garlic and cook them together.


Before fully cooking, I add pink Himalayan salt, paprika, and diced tomatoes and cook them all together.


Once they are cooked, I put cheese on top of them. Bon appétit!
