Homemade Condensed Milk with Just 2 Ingredients

 Ingredients:

·         500 grams of white sugar

·         1 liter of milk

First, I pour the sugar and milk into a pot and bring it to a boil over very high heat, stirring constantly.

Once it starts boiling, I continue cooking it for about 30 minutes over slightly higher-than-medium heat, still stirring the whole time.

After 30 minutes, I pour the condensed milk into a bowl and let it chill in the fridge for around 5 hours so it can thicken.

You can store this homemade condensed milk in the fridge for a long time—it keeps really well and doesn't spoil easily.

That’s it! This easy homemade condensed milk is not only budget-friendly but also free of preservatives and additives. Whether you're using it in a classic dessert or just keeping some on hand, it’s a delicious pantry staple. Let me know in the comments how yours turned out or if you used it in a fun recipe!
