The Easiest Homemade Chilli Garlic Oil Ever
Ingredients:
ㆍ 2 bulbs
of garlic

25 grams of chilli flakes
ㆍ
150 ml of vegetable oil
First, I peel the garlic, rinse it well, and chop it using my handheld vegetable cutter.
Then I add the chilli flakes on top and mix
everything together.
Next, I heat the vegetable oil on high until it’s really
hot. I carefully pour the hot oil over the garlic and chilli mixture, then stir
it well.
I let it cool down completely. Once it’s cooled, it’s ready
to enjoy.
