Carrot and Potato Mash

  Ingredients:  4 potatoes  1 carrot  Salt  Turmeric  Vegetable oil or butter   First, I boil the potatoes and the carrot.  Then I mash the potatoes. I grate the carrot. I add the grated carrot to the mashed potatoes. Also, I add turmeric, grapeseed oil, and  pink Himalayan salt  roughly and then mix them. To be honest, I am not a big fan of carrots, but I love this recipe a lot. It tastes wonderful. Nush olsun (means ‘bon appétit’ in Azerbaijani)! 

My Oral Hygiene Routine

  I researched that at night, while we are sleeping, bacteria  multiply  inside our mouths. So if we eat something in the morning, we swallow it. But the rest of the bacteria stay inside our mouths and cause cavities. That’s why, when I wake up, I first brush my teeth and then have my meal.  Generally, I eat twice a day. I never have lunch or a snack during the day.  I brush my teeth  after having a meal. First, I floss and then brush .  While flossing, I try to be careful not to damage my gums or teeth. Also, I try to gargle twice a day, as bacteria appear inside our mouths during the day. I gargle either with organic coconut oil or mouthwash. Also, whenever I drink liquids like tea, juice, etc., I rinse my mouth with water. Because the remains of the liquid may  get  st uck  in my teeth and cause cavities. I always have oral hygiene tools at home, but I carry mini toothpaste, a toothbrush, and floss in my bag with me. Because sometimes...
