Carrot and Potato Mash

 Ingredients:

 4 potatoes

 1 carrot

 Salt

 Turmeric

 Vegetable oil or butter

 

First, I boil the potatoes and the carrot. 


Then I mash the potatoes.

I grate the carrot.

I add the grated carrot to the mashed potatoes. Also, I add turmeric, grapeseed oil, and pink Himalayan salt roughly and then mix them. To be honest, I am not a big fan of carrots, but I love this recipe a lot. It tastes wonderful. Nush olsun (means ‘bon appétit’ in Azerbaijani)!
