The
New Year is the perfect time to slow down and enjoy small, comforting moments.
On cold winter days, nothing feels better than a warm cup of homemade hot
chocolate. Recently, I made this simple hot chocolate using milk, hot chocolate mix,
and Nutella.
To make it, I poured 300 ml of milk, 15 grams of hot chocolate mix, and 15 grams of Nutella into a pot.
I cooked the mixture over medium heat,
stirring constantly to make sure everything blended smoothly. Once the milk
began to boil, I turned off the heat and poured the hot chocolate into a cup.
Next came the fun part—toppings. I added marshmallows, whipped cream, and finished it off with some sprinkles.
The hot chocolate itself wasn’t overly sweet, but the toppings added just enough sweetness, creating a balanced drink.
This hot chocolate was easy to make, but it felt comforting, and indulgent—exactly what a New Year treat should be. Bon appétit!
