Mozzarella Cheese & Potato Recipe
Ingredients:
2 potatoes
Mozzarella cheese
Salt
Paprika
Black pepper
Grapeseed oil
First,
I slice the potatoes. I roughly add salt, black pepper, and paprika and mix
them all together. Then I heat the pan and pour in some grapeseed oil. I put
the potatoes in the pan and close the lid. This meal should be cooked over low
heat.
When the color of the potatoes changes, I flip them to the other side and add mozzarella cheese to them.
After that, I add the rest of the sliced potatoes and close the lid.
When the potatoes soften a bit, I put a plate on the meal, flip the meal to the other side with the help of the plate, and close the lid again.
