It’s rich in magnesium, and you probably already know how important that is. Magnesium can help improve sleep and mood, and it's great for your brain and nervous system. Basically, it helps you feel more relaxed. But honestly? I didn’t like the taste.  It just didn’t work for me, so I won’t be buying it again.
