Teas I am Obsessed with

I love tea a lot, and I love discovering new tea brands.  

First, I would love to talk about black tea, as I am a big fan of it, which is a cultural thing. In Azerbaijan, we drink black tea every single day, and we always drink it with sweet things like candy, chocolate, rolls, cake, and so on. Also, we don't eat sweet things without tea. Berqa is one of my favorite black tea brands. It smells and tastes amazing.


Tarra is a Korean brand. Tarra Velvety Coco contains natural vanilla, cacao tea, coconut scents, and sweet black tea. It smells like a mix of these flavors, and it has a wonderful taste. But nowadays, I can't find this tea in stores. It seems they don't produce Tarra Velvety Coco anymore. If you have any information about it, please let me know in the comments. 
Akbar produces different types of black tea. One of my favorite black teas from this brand is the strawberry one. It is a strawberry-infused black tea. So it smells and tastes like a mix of black tea and strawberry.   
Milky oolong tea is a milk-infused tea. It smells and tastes like a mix of black tea and milk. Milky oolong tea has an incredible taste.


I learned about cardamom a year ago and decided to try it at home. I just added 8–10 green cardamom pods to a cup of hot water. After a few minutes, like 3–4 minutes, I drank it. Mmm... It tasted so good. Cardamom tea has a spicy smell and taste. 
To be honest, green tea is not my favorite. I used to rarely drink green tea, and I used to drink it just for health. But once I had a chance to try TWG green tea, I fell in love with it. TWG is a Singapore brand. Their aromatic green tea is my all-time favorite.

I recently watched the movie My Christmas Family Tree. It was an emotional movie with touching episodes.  A young lady named Vanessa Hall, who had no family, took a DNA test and found her biological father. She contacted him and traveled to her biological father, Richard, and his family's home for Christmas. I loved how Richard and his wife welcomed Vanessa. During the holiday, the DNA testing company called and told her they made a mistake and mixed up her results with another one from Vanessa Hall. She got upset with this news. I thought the story ended here, but no. The story had a positive and surprising ending. I am not going to tell you the ending because you can lose your interest in watching.  I enjoyed watching "My Christmas Family Tree," and I strongly recommend you watch this movie, as it is very interesting.

Ramen Tastes Better with This Delicious Recipe

Ingredients: Ramen One liter of milk I try new cooking methods when I get bored of eating regular ramen. One of my favorite ways to cook it is with milk.  First, I add one liter of milk and the vegetable mix to the pot and boil them all together. I keep the lid closed while cooking and stir the meal a few times. Once the milk starts boiling, I add the powder soup and ramen noodles and boil it again. When it starts boiling, I let it cook for 7 minutes on low heat. And it's done!  I can taste it now. It tastes like ramen with cheese, lol. Incredibly delicious. Bon appétit!

Super Easy Crepe Recipe

Ingredients:   2 cups (400 grams) of flour 3 cups (600 ml) of milk 2 eggs 1 teaspoon (4 grams) of salt 10 ml of vegetable oil First I mix flour and milk. Then I add 2 eggs and mix them well. I also add salt and whisk it, and then at the end, I add vegetable oil and whisk it once again.       Then, I heat the nonstick pan. I take one soup ladle of the mixture, spread it in the pan with the help of the soup ladle, and cook both sides of the crepe on low heat. It’s ready! I am going to eat them with strawberry jam and black tea. Nush olsun!
