Easy and Delicious Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients:
1 potato
3 eggs
Mozzarella cheese
Salt
Vegetable oil
First of all, this meal should be cooked on low heat, and the lid should be covered while cooking.
So I slice the potato. Then I heat the pan and pour in some vegetable oil. I salt the potatoes and put them in the pan.
When
their color changes a little bit, I flip the potatoes to the other side. Next,
I break three eggs, roughly add salt, and then mix them. I pour the eggs over
the potatoes.
After
it’s a little bit cooked, I put some mozzarella cheese on it.
