Salicylic Acid for Sebaceous Filaments: Honest Review of Cleansing Foam and Serum Results

I have sebaceous filaments on my nose, and I really wanted to get rid of them. So I started researching online and found that many people recommend using salicylic acid to reduce the appearance of sebaceous filaments. They say salicylic acid helps exfoliate inside the pores and remove excess oil buildup.

That’s why I decided to purchase a salicylic acid cleansing foam and serum and add them to my skincare routine. (I uploaded photos of the products below.)

I used these salicylic acid products consistently, expecting to see visible results. Unfortunately, this method didn’t work for me at all. The cleansing foam and serum did not reduce the appearance of the sebaceous filaments on my nose.
Maybe salicylic acid works for some skin types, but in my case, I didn’t notice any improvement.
Have you ever tried to get rid of sebaceous filaments? Is there any method that actually worked for you? If yes, please leave a comment below and let me know. I would really appreciate your recommendations!
